OntarioPeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the virtual credit outcomes of any game session will match any specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OntarioPeak and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Because the platform involves no real money, no financial loss is possible from use of OntarioPeak itself. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of zero, as no consideration is exchanged.
